Seattle Glassblowing Studio is available
for private tours and events with small or large
groups. Our studio is the ideal
place to thank special members of your team with
an experience they will never forget.
Seattle has become world famous as the center of
the craft glass art movement. The headquarters of
the glass art society are located in Seattle and
many famous glass artists are based in the Seattle
area.
Your group can learn about glass art and experience
glassblowing hands-on in our state of the art facilities
in Downtown Seattle. Professional glassblowers lead
groups in customized experiences ranging from narrated
demonstrations to hands-on workshops where visitors
create their own one-of-a-kind glass art pieces.
Glassblowing is an experience your employees or
clients will remember for a lifetime. Whether you

TEAMWORK
Glassblowing is a great activity
to enhance teamwork amongst co-workers. You will
find it enriches communication, encouraging participants
to develop good interpersonal skills. Glassblowing
is almost always done as a team and many pieces would
be impossible to make alone. Glassblowing provides
a unique opportunity to work together creating an
unforgettable experience.
Option
1:Four
Hour Workshop: Hands on class which allows
larger groups to enjoy the experience of
glassblowing. Depending on the size of the group, participants make 1-3 bowls, seafloats, ornaments, etc. At the end of the class, the instructors
will work together with participants to create
a beautiful piece valued at over $500 which
someone in the class will keep.

Option
2: 1 Hour Tour.
It includes watching up to two demonstrations
by our professional team of glassblowers from
the start to finish of a piece. A knowledgeable
tour guide will explain the process and answer
any questions your group may have. |
SHIPPING
Finished hand-blown glass must go through an annealing
process (slow cooling in a furnace) so pieces can
not be taken home the same day that they are made.
Pieces can be picked up the following day or we can
arrange to ship finished pieces via UPS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required
to reserve our studio. Please call to cancel your class
at least 72 hours in advance.
